Sarneshwarji Tample:
There is famous shivalaya around 2 Kms away in north, named “Sarneshwarji”
Kuldev of Royal Family of Sirohi. The Sarneshwar temple is dedicated
to Lord Shiva temple is surrounded by huge boundary wall. It is said
that once a Malva’s Sultan came here and took bath in the water
pond, results medicine for his leprosy, so he constructed the boundary
wall. Actually this temple is fort temple. Outside the main gate
of the temple, there are three decorated huge elephants made of lime &
bricks and painted with a colourful look.The temple seems to construct around
500 years back. There is contradiction, from where the name “Sarneshwarji”
came. It seems the Sarneshwar named because the construction of the temple
is below the Siranava hills and hence named so. The temple is famous
all over the State. On Shivratri devotees comes here in large from
various places. The cenotaphs of the royal family are another attraction
in the premises of Sarneshwar temple.
TEMPLE STREET OF SIROHI (DERASARI):
Eighteen Jain temples are situated in one single row form the
Temple Street. Some temples are magnificent, huge and important from the
architect viewpoint. The highest temple is Chaumukha is dedicated to ADINATH,
the first Tirthankar of Jain. Sitting on the highest top of the temple,
the scene of sunset and the natural beauty of the fields and landscape
of the Sirohi City.
SARVADHAM:
Sarvadham Temple is dedicated to all religions of the world.
It is located at Sirohi. The main attraction of this temple is the idols
of various gods installed around, inside and top of the temple. This temple
can be considered as the monument of the modern century, which provides
the feelings of National Integration and Harmony.
KOLAR GARH (Ambeshwar JI):
The kolargarh is situated towards eastern side at a
distance of 2 kms. On the hill after climbing 400 steps an ancient temple Lord
Shiv with its natural beauty and marvelous surroundings with waterfalls can
be seen. The whole area is part of Siranwa hills and beautiful dense forest
with admirable fauna and flora can be enjoys.
