Udaipur: Udaipur is the main city of this circuit. It has an airport,
Railway station and is linked from Jaipur & Delhi. The
airport is 24 kms from the city and the daily
flights connect Udaipur with Jodhpur, Jaipur, Delhi & Mumbai.By road it
is 406 kms. from Jaipur and 264 Kms. from Ajmer.
Rikhabdeo: It is 65 kms from Udaipur. It is a religious
centre for Jains. The main attraction is Adinath temple which attracts
thousands of pilgrims from all over the world. The deily here is worshipped
by both Hindu's & Jains.
Jai Samand Lake: It is 51 kms. away from Udiapur on the way to
Salumbar. The lake is the largest artificials lake in the
world. In the lake there are three islands. There are two
old palaces at the top of the hill built by Maharana Jai Singh. On the
embankment, there are six beautiful Chhatris. In front of
these Chhatris a beautifully carved stone elephant with its trunk
turned upwards is built.
